Wallaby darned | My Life's To-do list

This item is pretty straightforward. I have seen the commercials and have always wanted to go down under. Since, a trip to Australia is out of the realm of reality now, eating out at a themed restaurant is just going to have to do for now. I know eating at an Outback is about as authentic Australian as a Taco bell is authentic Mexican but nonetheless the commercials made it seem really delicious.

This item was actually completed twice, if anybody is keeping count. The first time I visited this eatery was in Puerto Rico. The issue was that I don’t remember eating here in Puerto Rico. The hotel we were staying at had a free 2 hour cocktail hour, and I took full advantage of the hotel, drinking way too much. apparently according to Kit my sober-er companion, We did make it to the Outback that night. And I very much enjoyed it. Even though our waiter probably wanted to throw me off of El Morro, if you didn’t know I can get quite rambunctious when I have been over-served.

I was incredibly drunk in this picture, but that didn’t deter me from ordering a Wallaby Darned. Delicious.

So in all fairness to this list, I felt I had to re-do this item. Actually, I just wanted another excuse to go back and try the chicken wings that I slightly remember enjoying. If you remember awhile back, Kit and I didn’t make it to Bermuda the first time we tried to go and that seemed like a perfect time to revisit this list item.
